Passo Lanciano raggiungibile da Chieti o Pescara oppure dal casello di Alanno-Scafa della A 25 attraverso Lettomanoppello è una delle località sciistiche più belle e rinomate del crinale della Majella settentrionale. Si passa dai 1300 di passo Lanciano ai 2000 metri della maieletta ed oltre proseguendo in località Mamma Rosa. L’ottimo innevamento, permettono agli amanti delle piste e degli sport invernali di poter usufruire di moderni impianti per la risalita: la seggiovia e gli 8 skilift della zona servono 27 piste di discesa di tutte le difficolta'. Lunghe passeggiate nei boschi innevati di inverno e lussureggianti in primavera ed in estate rendono passo Lanciano ed il suo comprensorio un luogo unico da visitare.
